desi28 Terms & Conditions — Your Complete User Agreement

1. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

"Platform" / "desi28"

Refers to the desi28 online casino and sports betting website accessible at https://desi28.app, including all associated pages, services, games, and features operated by us.

"Player" / "You" / "User"

Any individual who has registered a desi28 account or is accessing the Platform for the purpose of gaming, betting, or obtaining information about our services.

"Account"

The registered user profile created by a Player upon completing the desi28 registration process, through which the Player accesses the Platform's services.

"Balance"

The total funds held in a Player's desi28 Account, comprising deposited funds, bonus funds (where applicable), and winnings, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

"Bonus Funds"

Any promotional credit awarded to a Player by desi28, subject to wagering requirements and conditions set out in the applicable promotion terms.

"Real Money Funds"

Funds deposited by a Player into their desi28 Account via an accepted payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer), distinct from Bonus Funds.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer)

The identity and age verification process required by desi28 before processing a Player's first withdrawal. KYC requires submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID) or passport.

"Wagering Requirement"

The number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e. g., "30x" means the bonus amount multiplied by 30).

"Prohibited Jurisdiction"

Any country or territory from which access to or use of the desi28 Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law or by desi28's own operational policies.

"Force Majeure"

Any event beyond desi28's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network outages, or third-party service failures, that prevents or delays the Platform's normal operation.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use a desi28 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be 18 years of age or older. desi28 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Age verification documents may be requested at any time during your account lifecycle.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering contracts, you may not use desi28.
3. Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the desi28 Platform. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited.
4. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order on desi28 or any related platform. If you have previously self-excluded and your exclusion period has not expired, you are not eligible to register a new account.
6. Mental Capacity: You must not register or play when under the influence of substances that impair your judgment, and you must not use the Platform during any period in which gambling could cause you financial or psychological harm.

desi28 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time frame specified by desi28 may result in account suspension and/or withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

Creating a desi28 Account is free of charge. To complete registration, you will be required to provide a valid username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and a contact method (mobile number or email address). By submitting the registration form, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 above.

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

desi28 applies Know Your Customer procedures to all accounts. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed. Verification may also be triggered at any point if desi28 has reasonable grounds to question the accuracy of the information on your account. Acceptable KYC documents include:

1. Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, or a valid passport. The document must show your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document number.
2. Proof of Address (where required): A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government letter showing your name and residential address, dated within the last three months.
3. Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name, where required to confirm ownership of the payment method used.

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible image or PDF format. Documents that are expired, obscured, edited, or do not match the account registration details will not be accepted and will trigger further review.

3.2 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security of your desi28 Account. You must:

1. Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
2. Never share your desi28 login credentials with any other person, including family members.
3. Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
4. Notify desi28 support immediately via Live Chat or email if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

desi28 will never contact you to ask for your password, PIN, or full payment card details via any channel including email, SMS, Live Chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from desi28 and requesting this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

3.3 Account Name Consistency

Your desi28 Account must be registered in your own legal name. The name on your account must match the name on your KYC documents and on the payment method(s) you use to deposit and withdraw. desi28 does not permit accounts registered in a business name, a pseudonym, or the name of another individual. Funds deposited from or withdrawn to a payment account not registered in the same name as the desi28 Account will be subject to enhanced review and may be held pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

desi28 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposits from payment accounts not registered in the Player's own legal name are not permitted.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

1. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
2. desi28 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees charged by the payment provider (e.g., bKash mobile financial service fees) are the Player's responsibility.
3. Deposits are credited to your desi28 Account balance upon confirmed receipt by our payment processing system. desi28 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's network.
4. desi28 reserves the right to request evidence of a deposit transaction (e.g., a bKash transaction ID) if a credit does not appear within a reasonable time.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

1. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the desi28 Account.
2. The first withdrawal from any account requires successful completion of KYC verification (see Section 3.1). Subsequent withdrawals may be processed without further documentation unless triggered by an account review.
3. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. If this is not possible, desi28 will contact the Player to agree on an alternative method.
4. desi28 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if an account review is pending, if KYC documentation has not been provided, or if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
5. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only Real Money Funds that have met any applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

desi28 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

1. One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. desi28 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably believes that a Player is attempting to claim a promotion multiple times using different accounts.
2. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be removed from the account without notice.
3. Eligible Games: Wagering contributions toward bonus requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet. Live casino games, sports bets, and certain RNG table games may contribute a lower percentage. The exact contribution rates are published in each promotion's specific terms.
4. Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active on your account, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per spin. Placing bets that exceed this limit while Bonus Funds are active is a breach of bonus terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5. Withdrawal Prior to Wagering Completion: If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to those Bonus Funds will be removed from your account balance before the withdrawal is processed.
6. Abuse and Misuse: desi28 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets on both sides of a market to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements (arbitrage), using automated tools to place bets, or participating in collusion with other players. Any account found to be abusing bonus terms will have the bonus cancelled, associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.

5.2 Seasonal & Event Promotions

desi28 runs seasonal promotions aligned with major events in Bangladesh including Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh, IPL season, BPL tournaments, and the T20 World Cup. Details of all active promotions are published on the desi28 promotions page. Promotional offers are time-limited and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the desi28 Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider operates under its own certified random number generation (RNG) systems, which are independently audited for fairness. desi28 does not modify or influence game outcomes in any way.

1. Game Rules: The rules governing each individual game are published within the game interface and/or on the relevant game information page. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before participating.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and sports betting market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are displayed within the game or market before placing a bet. desi28 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
3. Voided Bets: A bet may be voided — and the stake returned to the Player's Real Money balance — in circumstances including technical failure during a round, cancellation of a sports event, or incorrect odds publication. Voided bets are recorded in the Player's account transaction history.
4. Disputed Results: If a Player believes that a game result or sports betting settlement is incorrect, they must contact desi28 support within 72 hours of the disputed event. desi28 will review the relevant logs and, if an error is confirmed, correct the account accordingly. No disputes raised more than 72 hours after the event will be accepted.
5. Disconnection Policy: In the event that a Player is disconnected from the Platform mid-game, the game will continue to its conclusion in accordance with the game's rules. Where a game cannot be completed due to a system error on desi28's side, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
6. Software Errors: desi28 does not honour bets or payouts that resulted from a software malfunction, a miscalculation, a displayed error, or incorrect odds. In such cases, the affected bets will be voided and the stakes returned. desi28 reserves the right to withhold payment of any winnings arising from an obvious software or human error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the desi28 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the consequences described in Section 8 below.

1. Underage Gambling: Registering, depositing, or playing on desi28 if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to access your account.
2. Multiple Accounts: Opening or attempting to open more than one desi28 Account, regardless of the name, email address, payment method, or device used.
3. Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund a desi28 Account; initiating chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith; providing falsified KYC documents.
4. Money Laundering: Using the desi28 Platform for any money laundering activity. desi28 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and cooperates fully with any investigation. Accounts suspected of money laundering will be immediately frozen pending investigation.
5. Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker-style games or coordinated arbitrage betting.
6. Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or extract data from the desi28 Platform without express written permission from desi28.
7. Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting a software bug, pricing error, or system malfunction to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided and the account reviewed.
8. Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, racist, or otherwise offensive language toward desi28 staff or other users via any communication channel associated with the Platform.
9. Impersonation: Impersonating another Player, a desi28 employee, or any other individual in connection with the use of the Platform.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

desi28 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time of it being requested.
3. Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
4. Initiation of a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute by the Player with their payment provider.
5. A Player self-exclusion request (see our Responsible Gaming page for full details of the self-exclusion process).
6. Account inactivity — an account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as notified to the Player in advance.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their desi28 Account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or by emailing support@desi28.app. Upon receiving a closure request, desi28 will process any outstanding Real Money balance (subject to KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigation) via the Player's registered payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Effect of Account Closure

Upon closure of a desi28 Account, the Player's access to the Platform will be revoked. Historical account data, including transaction records and game history, will be retained by desi28 for a minimum of five years in accordance with our data retention obligations. Players may request a copy of their account data by contacting support prior to or within a reasonable period after closure.

8.3 Appeals

If desi28 has suspended or closed your account and you believe this action was taken in error, you may submit a written appeal by emailing support@desi28.app with the subject line "Account Appeal". Appeals will be reviewed within 10 business days. desi28's decision following an appeal review is final.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, desi28 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

The desi28 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations regarding the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, desi28's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In all cases, desi28's aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the desi28 Platform should in the first instance be directed to the desi28 support team via Live Chat or by emailing support@desi28.app. desi28 is committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly, with a target initial response time of under 24 hours for formal complaints submitted by email.

desi28 operates a transparent internal complaints process. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a support interaction, you may escalate your complaint in writing to our senior compliance team at the same email address with the subject line "Formal Complaint". Formal complaints will receive a full written response within 10 business days.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using the desi28 Platform, you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the internal complaints process.

11. Changes to These Terms

desi28 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, desi28 will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Players via their registered contact method or via a notice displayed on the Platform upon login.

Your continued use of the desi28 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.1 above.

We recommend that all Players review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure they remain familiar with the current version. The current effective date is always displayed at the top of this page.
